Felt good today, wrist are a bit sore. I feel an ownership of it that I don't think I've experienced before. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. I have been following through and within 25 days I have got much more than 3 years of Bikram or 4 years of Yvengar studio. Either way, I like to consciously send a little extra breath and love towards whatever might need it — learning ever more about our own bodies is one of the things I love most about yoga! So I am going to do day 25 practice again later today.

Work your body, open your mind, and return to your heart. I am sitting standing walking and sleeping better. All I did was stop drinking my calories I could very easily tend to red wine in the evening , and do some Adriene Yoga every day, if I had a super hectic day where I didn't find time during it for a practice, I would do her good night routine in bed, then sleep like a baby. My idea is that if we cultivate that on the yoga mat, we will be able to cultivate that off the yoga mat or we will be equipped with the tools to try. Yoga is really helping me to relieve this tightness in my tailbone and lower back area. Trying to find a video to stretch it out. Inhale in again, exhale, send the left fingertips forward, right out in front, draw your shoulder into socket, and then smooth that surface as you take your fingertips all the way up past the crown of the head, left thumb pulling back. I did some other poses after your video and decided to try a camel pose. It's fun when you do the rare techniques, it's like what contraption is she putting us in this time? I was going along following you on the Dancing Warrior poses but I am not quite ready or know how to build more organic movements. Let your breath move you here.
